We are based on China and dedicated to provide world class products with the most competitive price for customers all over world. Our primary products are engineering components for all kinds of industries. So far, DK Metals provides our customers several processes like casting, forging, stamping and powder metallurgy. We are serving valve industry, pumping industry, fire protection equipment, automobile industry, GET (Ground engagement tools), agricultural machinery and general industries. Engineering Solution Provider Being a professional company, DK metals is not only known as an engineering company but also can provide our customers engineering assistance and help customer to choose best ways to make their products. We can read CAD, E-drawing and Pro-E files and use CAD as assistant design for customers. Staffs of DK metals are composed of experienced engineers, metallurgist and professional salesmen with engineering background. DK has strong quality assurance capability. We have in-house CMM, spectrometer, 2-D projection machine, roughness tester, hardness tester, thickness tester, NDT inspection machines and dozens of normal inspection tools. DK is not just a trading company. We have our own factory. Our own factory is dedicated secondary machining. Our 4000 square meters roofed area enable us enough room to expand. We have the following equipment so far: 1 Water jet cut 5 machining centers 18 CNC Lathes 5 EDM machines Dozens of other equipment Our machining accuracy can be +/-0.01mm. With strong quality measurements implemented, we can provide our customer repeatable quality products. Our major businesses include: 1) Casting: Sand casting with floor molding, sand casting with jolt squeezer, sand casting with molding line, resin sand casting, true investment casting, lost wax processing, high and low pressure die casting, permanent mold (gravity die casting), lost foam; 2) Forging: Hot and cold die forging, hot drop forging 3) Stamping 4) Machining: Turning, milling, drill and tapping With above processes, we can provide our customers with many options of materials, such as grey iron, ductile iron, plain carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and zinc. We have our own machining factory and one non-ferrous foundry. Our highly skilled sales and technical teams can provide our customers with professional services and technical support. We are involved in quality assurance process of any parts that we develop to ensure high quality parts to our customer.
